📌 主要職責：
🔹 旅遊協調：帶領客人體驗極光觀賞、爬山，釣魚等豐富的戶外活動，以及與當地原住民合作的在地文化體驗！

🔹 客戶服務： 透過電子郵件與電話回覆客人的詢問、處理行政工作，解決問題並確保客人獲得最優質的服務體驗。

Yellowknife Tours Ltd. is currently recruiting for Tour Guides and Office Assistants. We are looking for detail-oriented, outdoor-loving tourism partners to help manage tour operations and deliver exceptional, unforgettable aurora experiences for our guests! 🥰

📌 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Tour Coordination: Lead guests in experiencing the Northern Lights, hiking, fishing, and other exciting outdoor activities, alongside local cultural experiences in collaboration with Indigenous communities!

🔹 Customer Service: Answer guest inquiries via email and phone, handle administrative tasks, resolve issues, and ensure our guests receive the highest quality of service.
